Holy Liturgy

The Holy Liturgy of the Moorish Science Temple of America, Africa, Asia & World Islands is the sacred text that embodies the divine revelations and teachings of the great Prophet Noble Drew Ali, the Moorish Redeemer who restored the knowledge of our true nationality, birthrights, and divine creed. Rooted in Moorish Literature, this sacred doctrine revives the ancient wisdom of our forefathers and foremothers, guiding Moorish Americans, Africans, and Asians back to their rightful place among the nations of the earth.

Expanding upon the Prophet’s foundation, the successors and adepts who followed in his path—such as The Messenger Elijah Muhammad, The Reformer Dr. Malachi Z. York-El, and other successful Teachers—have preserved and further illuminated the hidden wisdom of the East and West. These great men and women have expounded on the science of self, the keys to sovereignty, and the divine mission of the Moorish American, African, and Asiatic people, drawing from the Holy Koran of the M.S.T.A., the Circle 7 Koran, and the exoteric, esoteric, and neoteric teachings of the Great Adepts.

This expanded Moorish Liturgy serves as a living document, evolving with the unfolding of time yet remaining firmly rooted in the immutable truths of Islamism, Moorish law, and ancient Kemetic, Hebraic, and Arabian wisdom traditions. It is a beacon for those who seek to walk the path of the Adepts and Muqarrabeen (those brought near), the chosen few who uphold the Divine and National principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice.

This is a comprehensive Liturgy of the Moorish Rite and other associated Rites of the New Ethiopian Order for the Moorish Science Temple of America. It includes prayers, sacred affirmations, scripture readings, supplications, and blessings as a complete guide for the Moorish Rite ceremonies.

A Call to the Sons and Daughters of the Moorish Nation

To all Moorish Americans, Africans, Asians, and World Island Moslems, and seekers of the Way—the time has come to reclaim your birthright and step forward in spiritual and national upliftment. This Liturgy is not merely a book—it is a divine scroll, a map for redemption, sovereignty, and resurrection.

As the Prophet Noble Drew Ali proclaimed:
“I brought you everything it takes to save a nation, now take it and save yourselves.”

The Holy Liturgy and Moorish Literature are your keys. The wisdom of the Adepts and Moorish Teachers is your foundation. The question remains: Are you ready to receive it?

The Moorish Nation rises. Will you rise with it?

The Holy Liturgy of the World Temple is a sacred practice of devotional recitation, invocation, and spiritual alignment that connects the practitioner with the divine essence of Tama-Re, the ancient wisdom of the Adepts, and the eternal teachings of the Master Teachers. Rooted in the timeless traditions of chanting, sutras, mantras, surahs, and gathas, this liturgical practice serves as a spiritual conduit for those walking the path of the Nu Covenant, the New Ethiopian Order (N.E.O.), and the Ancient Mysteries of the Holy Prophets.

At the heart of this sacred practice is the recitation of Nuwaubic mantras from the Holy Tablets and the Gold Book, also known as the Sacred Records of Tama-Re, as revealed by Amunnubi Rooakhptah (Dr. Malachi Z. York-El). These divine utterances are vibrational keys that unlock the higher faculties of the mind and align the soul with the cosmic order of Pa Neteru (the Divine Forces). The Holy Liturgy is performed before an object or objects of veneration, with offerings of light, incense, water, and food, symbolizing the connection between the physical and spiritual realms.

An Ever-Evolving Sacred Text

The Holy Liturgy of the World Temple has expanded over time, incorporating the sacred works of the Liberator, H.I.M. Dr. Lawiy Zodok, including The Templist Scroll, The Clear Vision Scroll, The New Ethiopian Order (Novus Codex) – The Neo Codes, and the World Bulletins. These texts serve as new revelations and sacred decrees for the initiates of the World Temple and the Universal Order of Adepts.

Furthermore, this divine compilation preserves the oral sayings and prophecies of Prophet Noble Drew Ali, alongside the sacred teachings of the Master Teacher Dr. Malachi Z. York-El, ensuring that the lineage of wisdom remains unbroken from the ancient world to the modern day.

A Path for Devotees & Seekers

Whether performed at home or within the sacred halls of the temple, the Holy Liturgy is a practice of self-purification, enlightenment, and divine connection. It is a call to all initiates, students, and seekers to align themselves with the higher laws of nature, the wisdom of the ancestors, and the spiritual mission of the Nu Covenant.

This is not merely a ritual; it is a way of life, a path of liberation, and a bridge to the celestial realms. The question remains:

Will you heed the call and walk the path of the Adept?
